Snow Country Autos are seeking a full time Receptionist / Service Adviser for their workshop in Jindabyne.
The Automotive Service Adviser is a key member of our team who acts as the principle contact between customers and mechanics for repair, maintenance and service on vehicles. They deliver a customer service experience second to none, beginning with greeting the customer, scheduling the service appointment and receiving vehicle information.
The Automotive Service Adviser listens to repair requests, sells the appropriate services and repairs according to the customer’s needs, clearly explains information on the repair order and answers any client questions.
The Service Adviser would be organised, self-motivated and have excellent computer and communication skills. Ideally, the Applicant would have industry experience or at the very least strong customer service experience. However training and qualifications are available for the right person (Up to Cert 3 level, if desired)
